Oversee and manage the maintenance and operations of all campus facilities.<\/p>\n
Ensure that all facilities are safe and functional for students, faculty, and staff.<\/p>\n
Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules to ensure timely and efficient upkeep of facilities.<\/p>\n
Coordinate with various departments and external vendors to address facility-related issues and ensure timely resolution.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address any maintenance or safety concerns.<\/p>\n
Create and maintain records of facility maintenance and repairs.<\/p>\n
Manage facility budgets and allocate resources effectively.<\/p>\n
Stay updated on industry standards and regulations related to facility management.<\/p>\n
Develop and implement emergency response plans for facility-related incidents.<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively with university staff, students, and external stakeholders regarding facility-related matters.<\/p>\n
Train and supervise facility maintenance staff.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with university departments to plan and execute facility-related projects and renovations.<\/p>\n
Monitor and evaluate the performance of facility maintenance staff.<\/p>\n
Identify and implement opportunities for cost-saving and efficiency in facility maintenance.<\/p>\n
Handle any other duties and responsibilities related to facility management as assigned by the university.<\/p>\n
