Provide expert guidance and support to neonatal patients and their families in accordance with developmental care principles.<\/p>\n
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for neonatal patients, taking into consideration their specific needs and developmental milestones.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for neonatal patients.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in the field of neonatal developmental care.<\/p>\n
Conduct developmental assessments and evaluations to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.<\/p>\n
Educate and train staff, families, and caregivers on developmental care techniques and strategies.<\/p>\n
Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives to enhance the care provided to neonatal patients.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.<\/p>\n
Serve as a resource and mentor to other therapists and healthcare professionals in the area of neonatal developmental care.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Master’s Degree In Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Or Speech-Language Pathology From An Accredited Program.<\/p>\n

Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Clinical Setting Working With Neonates And Their Families.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Certification In Neonatal Developmental Care, Such As Nidcap Or Nant.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Knowledge And Understanding Of Evidence-Based Practices In Neonatal Developmental Care.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills With Interdisciplinary Team Members, Families, And Community Partners.<\/p>\n
