Teach and facilitate classes in the Individual, Family, and Community Education program.<\/p>\n
Prepare and deliver engaging and informative lectures and presentations.<\/p>\n
Develop curriculum and learning materials that align with program objectives.<\/p>\n
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students of diverse backgrounds and experiences.<\/p>\n
Provide guidance and support to students in their academic and personal growth.<\/p>\n
Assess student learning and provide timely and constructive feedback.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other faculty members to continuously improve the program and curriculum.<\/p>\n
Stay current with research and trends in education and community engagement.<\/p>\n
Participate in department meetings and professional development opportunities.<\/p>\n
Act as a mentor and role model for students, promoting the values of the university.<\/p>\n
Engage in community outreach and partnerships to enhance the impact of the program.<\/p>\n
Adhere to university policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate records and submit required documentation in a timely manner.<\/p>\n
Continuously evaluate and reflect on teaching methods and make adjustments as needed.<\/p>\n
Serve as a brand ambassador for the university and promote its mission and values.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Master’s Degree Or Higher In A Related Field Such As Education, Social Work, Or Psychology.<\/p>\n

Previous Teaching Experience At The College Level Or Professional Experience In The Field Of Individual, Family, And Community Education.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage With Diverse Students And Colleagues.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Knowledge Of Current Research And Best Practices In The Field Of Individual, Family, And Community Education.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Flexibility And Adaptability To Teach A Variety Of Courses And Work With Varying Schedules, As This Is A Part-Time Temporary Position.<\/p>\n
