Create a supportive and engaging learning environment that promotes critical thinking and encourages student participation.<\/p>\n
Mentor and advise students, providing guidance and support in their academic and professional development.<\/p>\n
Evaluate student performance and provide timely and constructive feedback to help students improve their skills.<\/p>\n
Stay current with advancements and changes in the field of nursing, incorporating new information and technology into teaching methods.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other faculty members to develop interdisciplinary learning opportunities and enhance the overall learning experience for students.<\/p>\n
Participate in departmental meetings and professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching skills and stay up-to-date with university policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
Serve as a role model and mentor for students, demonstrating professionalism and ethical behavior in all interactions.<\/p>\n

Minimum Of A Master’s Degree In Nursing Or Related Field.<\/p>\n
