Simulate real-life scenarios for trainees in a controlled environment.<\/p>\n
Provide valuable feedback to trainees to help improve their skills and confidence.<\/p>\n
Participate in educational activities and training sessions as a standardized patient.<\/p>\n
Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate training sessions and simulation scenarios.<\/p>\n
Ensure reliability and consistency in performance as a standardized patient.<\/p>\n
Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively communicate with trainees and faculty.<\/p>\n
Follow established protocols and procedures for each simulation scenario.<\/p>\n
Attend regular meetings and training sessions to stay updated on protocols and procedures.<\/p>\n
Assist in the development of new simulation scenarios and materials.<\/p>\n
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other standardized patients and faculty to provide a realistic and effective learning experience for trainees.<\/p>\n
Display a positive attitude and enthusiasm for the role of a standardized patient.<\/p>\n
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe learning environment for trainees.<\/p>\n
Be open to receiving feedback and incorporating it into performance as a standardized patient.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Prior Experience As A Standardized Patient Or In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Educational Setting.<\/p>\n

Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Portray A Variety Of Patient Personalities And Medical Conditions.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Flexibility And Adaptability, As The Role May Require Portraying Different Patient Scenarios And Working With A Diverse Group Of Healthcare Professionals And Students.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Knowledge And Understanding Of Medical Terminology And Procedures, As Well As The Ability To Accurately Follow Scripted Scenarios.<\/p>\n
