Develop and implement curriculum for clinical teaching sessions in accordance with the university’s standards and guidelines.<\/p>\n
Provide instruction and guidance to students in the clinical setting, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.<\/p>\n
Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to facilitate their learning and growth.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure consistency in teaching methods and evaluation of students.<\/p>\n
Stay current on industry developments and trends in healthcare to ensure teaching materials and methods are relevant and up-to-date.<\/p>\n
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel respected and supported.<\/p>\n
Communicate regularly with students, faculty, and staff to ensure all parties are informed of expectations and any changes to the curriculum.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.<\/p>\n
Participate in faculty meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.<\/p>\n
Serve as a mentor and role model for students, promoting professionalism and ethical behavior in the healthcare field.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with the university’s administration to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
Continuously evaluate and improve teaching methods to enhance student learning and success.<\/p>\n
Participate in recruitment and retention efforts to attract and retain highly qualified students.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
A Minimum Of A Bachelor’s Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Nursing, Psychology, Or Social Work.<\/p>\n

At Least 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Clinical Or Mental Health Setting, Preferably With Diverse Populations.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With A Multidisciplinary Team.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Knowledge Of Evidence-Based Practices And Treatment Modalities For Mental Health Disorders.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Ability To Obtain And Maintain Necessary Licensure And Certifications, Such As A Clinical Counseling License Or Cpr\/First Aid Certification.<\/p>\n
