Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans for non-credit courses in various subjects.<\/p>\n
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.<\/p>\n
Assess and evaluate student progress and provide timely feedback to promote growth and achievement.<\/p>\n
Utilize a variety of teaching methods and techniques to meet the needs of different learning styles.<\/p>\n
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the delivery of relevant and up-to-date instruction.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve course content and delivery methods.<\/p>\n
Communicate regularly with students to provide support and guidance outside of the classroom.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.<\/p>\n
Follow and enforce all policies and procedures of The University of New Mexico and the Workforce Training Center.<\/p>\n
Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth in the field of non-credit instruction.<\/p>\n
Act as a positive and professional representative of the Workforce Training Center and The University of New Mexico.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Extensive Knowledge And Experience: A Non Credit Teacher At The Workforce Training Center At The University Of New Mexico Should Possess In-Depth Knowledge And Practical Experience In Their Area Of Expertise. This Could Include Several Years Of Work Experience Or A Relevant Degree.<\/p>\n

Teaching Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Prior Teaching Experience, Preferably In A Workforce Training Center Or Adult Education Setting. This Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Effectively Communicate And Engage With Students.<\/p>\n
