Create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment for students of diverse backgrounds and skill levels.<\/p>\n
Prepare and grade assignments, exams, and other assessments to accurately evaluate student progress.<\/p>\n
Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their learning and growth.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date with current trends and advancements in the field of music to continually enhance and improve course content.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency and alignment of course materials and objectives.<\/p>\n
Hold regular office hours to provide individualized support and assistance to students.<\/p>\n
Serve as a mentor and role model to students, inspiring them to pursue their passion for music.<\/p>\n
Adhere to university policies and procedures, including grading and attendance requirements.<\/p>\n
Participate in faculty meetings and professional development opportunities to contribute to the overall success of the department.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Master’s Degree Or Higher In Music Or A Related Field.<\/p>\n

Previous Teaching Experience In Higher Education, Preferably In A Music Program.<\/p>\n

Demonstrated Expertise In A Specific Area Of Music, Such As Composition, Performance, Or Music Theory.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Diverse Student Populations.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Flexibility And Availability To Teach Courses During Various Times, Including Evenings And Weekends.<\/p>\n
