Teach courses in the field of Teacher Education, Educational Leadership, and Policy to undergraduate and\/or graduate students.<\/p>\n
Design and implement engaging and innovative lesson plans that align with the department’s curriculum and objectives.<\/p>\n
Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students from diverse backgrounds.<\/p>\n
Mentor and guide students in their academic and professional development.<\/p>\n
Stay current with developments in the field of education, including policies and practices, and incorporate relevant information into teaching.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other faculty members to continuously improve the department’s curriculum and teaching methods.<\/p>\n
Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their academic progress.<\/p>\n
Participate in departmental meetings and committees as required.<\/p>\n
Serve as a role model for students by demonstrating a strong commitment to academic excellence and diversity.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and university staff.<\/p>\n
Fulfill administrative duties as assigned by the department chair or supervisor.<\/p>\n
Adhere to university policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n

A Minimum Of A Master’s Degree In Education, Educational Leadership, Or A Related Field.<\/p>\n

At Least 2 Years Of Teaching Experience At The University Level, Preferably In Teacher Education Or Educational Leadership.<\/p>\n

Demonstrated Expertise In Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, And Assessment.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Familiarity With Current Trends And Issues In Education Policy And Leadership.<\/p>\n
