Develop and deliver engaging and effective lessons and coursework that align with the MHA Program’s curriculum and learning objectives.<\/p>\n
Facilitate class discussions and activities that promote critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration among students.<\/p>\n
Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their coursework, assignments, and class participation.<\/p>\n
Stay current with industry trends and developments in healthcare administration to ensure relevance and applicability of course content.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other faculty members to continuously improve and update the MHA Program’s curriculum.<\/p>\n
Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment that respects and values diversity among students and promotes a sense of community.<\/p>\n
Utilize various teaching methods and technologies to enhance the learning experience for students.<\/p>\n
Hold office hours and be available for individual student consultations and support.<\/p>\n
Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills and contribute to the overall success of the MHA Program.<\/p>\n
Serve as a mentor and role model for students, providing guidance and support as they navigate the program and their future careers in healthcare administration.<\/p>\n
Adhere to university policies and procedures, as well as academic standards and ethical guidelines for teaching and student evaluation.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate records of student grades and attendance, and submit them in a timely manner according to university guidelines.<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively and professionally with students, staff, and other faculty members.<\/p>\n
Contribute to the MHA Program’s reputation and success by actively promoting the program and representing it at relevant events and conferences.<\/p>\n
Continuously seek feedback from students and colleagues to improve teaching methods and enhance the learning experience for students.<\/p>\n
