Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their coursework and progress.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date with current trends and developments in the field of public administration.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure consistency and quality in the program.<\/p>\n
Support and mentor students in their academic and professional growth.<\/p>\n
Participate in departmental meetings and activities to contribute to the overall success of the program.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all university policies and procedures, including grading and record-keeping.<\/p>\n
Continuously evaluate and improve teaching methods and materials to enhance student learning.<\/p>\n
Serve as a positive role model and ambassador for the university and the MPA Program.<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively and professionally with students, colleagues, and staff.<\/p>\n
