Provide technical expertise and support to customers on cloud computing and artificial intelligence solutions.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that meet customer needs.<\/p>\n
Serve as a subject matter expert on cloud computing and AI, staying updated on the latest trends and advancements in the field.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor for their technical needs.<\/p>\n
Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase the capabilities of Qualcomm’s cloud AI solutions.<\/p>\n
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n
Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and provide technical support for sales pitches and proposals.<\/p>\n
Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers to educate them on the effective use of our cloud AI solutions.<\/p>\n
Continuously improve and optimize Qualcomm’s cloud AI offerings based on customer feedback and market trends.<\/p>\n
Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to cloud computing and AI, ensuring that our solutions meet all necessary standards.<\/p>\n
Participate in industry events and conferences to represent Qualcomm and showcase our innovative solutions.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback and suggestions for improving our cloud AI offerings.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and regularly report on customer feedback and satisfaction levels.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Or Master’s Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.<\/p>\n

Strong Understanding Of Cloud Computing Principles And Technologies, Including Experience With One Or More Major Cloud Platforms Such As Aws, Google Cloud, Or Microsoft Azure.<\/p>\n
