Facilitate real estate transactions for Baptist Health South Florida, including acquisition and sale of properties.<\/p>\n
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential properties for acquisition or sale.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand the organization’s real estate needs and goals.<\/p>\n
Negotiate the terms and conditions of real estate transactions, including purchase price, closing dates, and other contractual details.<\/p>\n
Prepare and review legal documents related to real estate transactions, such as purchase agreements, leases, and deeds.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all real estate transactions.<\/p>\n
Monitor and track the progress of real estate transactions to ensure timely completion.<\/p>\n
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to real estate transactions.<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively with all parties involved in real estate transactions, including buyers, sellers, brokers, attorneys, and internal stakeholders.<\/p>\n
Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders throughout the real estate transaction process.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other members of the real estate team to ensure a smooth and efficient process.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in all real estate transactions.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In Real Estate, Business, Or A Related Field.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n
Knowledge Of Real Estate Laws And Regulations, As Well As Healthcare Industry Regulations.<\/p>\n

Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills.<\/p>\n
