Assisting with surgical procedures: The Obstetric OR Tech 2 will be responsible for assisting the obstetrician during surgical procedures, including cesarean sections and other obstetric surgeries.<\/p>\n
Preparing operating room: This role will require the individual to prepare the operating room for surgery, including sterilizing equipment, setting up surgical instruments, and ensuring all necessary supplies are available.<\/p>\n
Providing compassionate care: The Obstetric OR Tech 2 will be responsible for providing compassionate care to mothers and babies during the surgical procedure and after delivery.<\/p>\n
Ensuring patient safety: It is the responsibility of the Obstetric OR Tech 2 to ensure the safety of the mother and baby during the surgical procedure by closely monitoring vital signs and communicating any concerns to the medical team.<\/p>\n
Maintaining a sterile environment: This role requires maintaining a sterile environment in the operating room at all times to prevent infections and ensure the safety of the mother and baby.<\/p>\n
