Perform diagnostic imaging procedures such as X-rays, CT scans, and MRI scans accurately and efficiently.<\/p>\n
Ensure patient safety by following proper protocols and techniques during procedures.<\/p>\n
Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care for patients.<\/p>\n
Educate patients on procedures and prepare them for scans.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.<\/p>\n
Follow all privacy and confidentiality protocols in handling patient information.<\/p>\n
Stay updated on advancements in radiology technology and techniques.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all hospital and departmental policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other staff members.<\/p>\n

Assist in training and mentoring new Radiology Techs.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As A Radiology Tech, Preferably In An Urgent Care Or Express Care Setting.<\/p>\n

Valid Radiologic Technologist (Rt) Certification From The American Registry Of Radiologic Technologists (Arrt).<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Proficiency In Operating And Maintaining Diagnostic Imaging Equipment, Including X-Ray, Ct, And Mri Machines.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Knowledge Of Anatomy, Physiology, And Medical Terminology To Accurately Interpret And Evaluate Images.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Excellent Communication And Patient Care Skills, With The Ability To Work Efficiently In A Fast-Paced Environment.<\/p>\n
