Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.<\/p>\n
Assist physicians with patient care by taking vital signs, recording medical history, and updating patient charts.<\/p>\n
Prepare examination rooms and equipment for patient appointments.<\/p>\n
Maintain inventory of medical supplies and ensure proper stock levels are maintained.<\/p>\n
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients.<\/p>\n
Collect and process patient payments and insurance information.<\/p>\n
Follow standard infection control procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment.<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.<\/p>\n
Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients during procedures and appointments.<\/p>\n
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information and medical records.<\/p>\n
Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.<\/p>\n
Continuously update knowledge and skills through ongoing training and education.<\/p>\n
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure efficient and coordinated patient care.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Certified Medical Assistant (Cma) Credential From An Accredited Institution.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience Working As A Medical Assistant In A Healthcare Setting.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Proficiency In Electronic Medical Records (Emr) And Other Computer Software Used In Medical Offices.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With Ability To Work Effectively With Patients, Physicians, And Other Healthcare Personnel.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Knowledge Of Medical Terminology, Anatomy, And Basic Patient Care Procedures, Including Administering Medications And Performing Basic Laboratory Tests.<\/p>\n
