Oversee and manage a team of medical assistants to ensure efficient and effective delivery of patient care.<\/p>\n
Train and mentor new medical assistants, providing guidance and support to help them excel in their roles.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.<\/p>\n
Monitor and maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring proper stock levels are maintained.<\/p>\n
Adhere to and enforce all safety and infection control protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.<\/p>\n
Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and processing insurance forms.<\/p>\n
Take patient histories and record vital signs accurately and timely.<\/p>\n
Assist with medical procedures and treatments as directed by healthcare providers.<\/p>\n
Provide patient education and instructions for at-home care as needed.<\/p>\n
Act as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and other members of the healthcare team.<\/p>\n
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in medical technology to ensure high-quality patient care.<\/p>\n
Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.<\/p>\n
Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
