Manage all aspects of the planning, design, and construction process for various facilities within Baptist Health South Florida, ensuring projects are completed within budget and on schedule<\/p>\n
Oversee a team of construction project managers and contractors, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders, such as architects, engineers, contractors, and local government agencies<\/p>\n
Collaborate with internal departments, including finance and operations, to develop project budgets and timelines<\/p>\n
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise<\/p>\n
Review and approve project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational guidelines<\/p>\n
Continuously evaluate and improve construction processes and procedures, implementing best practices to increase efficiency and quality<\/p>\n
Communicate regularly with senior leadership and provide updates on project status, potential risks, and recommendations for resolution<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols on construction sites<\/p>\n
Represent Baptist Health South Florida in a professional and positive manner, promoting our mission and values to all stakeholders involved in construction projects.<\/p>\n

Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Construction Project Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.<\/p>\n
