Monitor and document patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients.<\/p>\n
Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises for at-home rehabilitation.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and organized patient records and documentation.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.<\/p>\n
Keep abreast of current developments and advancements in the field of physical therapy.<\/p>\n
