Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain the highest standards of patient care and safety.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of patients.<\/p>\n
Monitor and maintain staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage for patient care needs.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.<\/p>\n
Act as a resource for nurses, providing guidance and support in complex patient care situations.<\/p>\n
Participate in the hiring, training, and development of nursing staff.<\/p>\n
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among staff.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Or Master’s Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution.<\/p>\n

Current And Active Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Florida.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Clinical Experience In A Hospital Setting, With At Least 2 Years In A Supervisory Or Leadership Role.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Manage A Team.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
