Oversee and manage the daily operations of the urgent care facility, ensuring high-quality and efficient patient care.<\/p>\n
Lead a team of nurses and support staff, providing guidance, support, and supervision to ensure a cohesive and productive work environment.<\/p>\n
Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards.<\/p>\n
Monitor and maintain staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage and proper utilization of resources.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care and ensure timely and effective treatment.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff.<\/p>\n
Serve as a resource for staff, addressing any concerns or issues and facilitating effective communication within the team.<\/p>\n
Monitor and maintain inventory levels of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring proper functioning and availability.<\/p>\n
Ensure all patient records and documentation are accurate, complete, and in compliance with confidentiality and privacy laws.<\/p>\n
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and optimize healthcare outcomes.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date with current healthcare trends, practices, and technologies, and incorporate them into the urgent care services.<\/p>\n
Promote a culture of exceptional customer service and patient-centered care among staff.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other departments and healthcare facilities to ensure seamless continuity of care for patients.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Active Rn License In The State Of Florida: The Rn Supervisor Must Have A Current And Valid Rn License In The State Of Florida, Allowing Them To Practice Nursing In An Urgent Care Setting.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In Nursing (Bsn): A Bsn Is Typically Required For A Supervisory Position In Healthcare. It Provides The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Lead A Team Of Nurses Effectively.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Urgent Care: A Strong Background In Urgent Care Is Essential For This Role. The Rn Supervisor Should Have Experience In Clinical Operations, Patient Care, And Staff Management In An Urgent Care Setting.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Leadership And Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Supervising And Managing A Team Of Nurses. They Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills, Be Able To Make Critical Decisions, And Effectively Communicate With Staff And Patients.<\/p>\n
