Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide excellent and compassionate patient care.<\/p>\n
Monitor patient status and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare team members.<\/p>\n
Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.<\/p>\n
Perform basic medical procedures such as taking vital signs, administering medications, and collecting lab samples.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.<\/p>\n
Ensure all patient rooms and equipment are clean, stocked, and organized.<\/p>\n

Bachelor’s Degree In A Healthcare Related Field: A Clinical Partner At Baptist Health South Florida Must Have A Strong Educational Background In A Healthcare Related Field To Understand The Complex Nature Of The Job And Effectively Support The Clinical Team.<\/p>\n

Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Or Medical Assistant (Ma) Certification: A Cna Or Ma Certification Demonstrates A Strong Understanding Of Medical Terminology And Basic Patient Care Skills, Which Are Crucial For A Clinical Partner At Baptist Health South Florida.<\/p>\n

Prior Experience In A Clinical Setting: Previous Experience In A Clinical Setting, Such As A Hospital Or Physician’s Office, Is Highly Preferred For A Clinical Partner At Baptist Health South Florida. This Experience Provides A Solid Foundation For Understanding The Workflow And Expectations Of The Role.<\/p>\n
