Provide top-quality respiratory care to patients and their families.<\/p>\n
Perform respiratory assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans.<\/p>\n
Administer respiratory treatments and medications as ordered by physicians.<\/p>\n
Monitor and evaluate patient response to treatments and make necessary adjustments.<\/p>\n
Educate patients and their families on respiratory care procedures and techniques.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date on current respiratory care practices and participate in continuing education opportunities.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations.<\/p>\n
Use critical thinking skills to assess and address respiratory emergencies.<\/p>\n
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In Respiratory Therapy Or Related Field From An Accredited Institution.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Bls And Acls Certification From The American Heart Association.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Current And Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (Rrt) Credential From The National Board For Respiratory Care (Nbrc).<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Clinical Experience As A Respiratory Therapist In A Hospital Setting.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Active And Unrestricted State License To Practice As A Respiratory Therapist In The State Of Florida.<\/p>\n
