Conduct and manage clinical trials in accordance with established protocols and regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with physicians and researchers to develop and implement clinical trial procedures.<\/p>\n
Recruit and screen potential participants for clinical trials, ensuring they meet eligibility criteria.<\/p>\n
Provide education and informed consent to patients participating in clinical trials.<\/p>\n
Administer study interventions, treatments, and medications as prescribed by the protocol.<\/p>\n
Monitor and assess patient responses to treatments and report any adverse events to the appropriate parties.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all study procedures and patient data.<\/p>\n
Communicate with study sponsors, regulatory agencies, and Institutional Review Boards (IRBs) as needed.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).<\/p>\n
Train and educate other healthcare professionals on clinical trial protocols and procedures.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with the research team to analyze and interpret study data and prepare reports.<\/p>\n
Stay current with advancements and changes in the field of clinical trials and implement best practices.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In Nursing: A Clinical Trials Research Nurse At Baptist Health South Florida Must Possess A Bachelor’s Degree In Nursing From An Accredited University Or College.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Active Rn License: The Candidate Must Hold An Active Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Florida, Or Be Eligible To Obtain One.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Previous Research Experience: Ideal Candidates For This Position Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Conducting Clinical Trials And Research Studies In A Healthcare Setting.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Knowledge Of Good Clinical Practice (Gcp): Familiarity With Gcp Guidelines And Regulations Is Necessary For Conducting Clinical Trials In Compliance With Ethical And Safety Standards.<\/p>\n

Strong Communication And Organizational Skills: As A Clinical Trials Research Nurse, The Candidate Must Possess Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills To Effectively Collaborate With The Research Team, Patients, And Other Healthcare Professionals Involved In The Study.<\/p>\n
