Conduct in-depth analysis of Medicare reimbursement data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations and guidelines.<\/p>\n
Monitor and review reimbursement processes and identify areas for improvement or optimization.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for maximizing reimbursement.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date on changes in Medicare policies and regulations and communicate any updates or changes to relevant stakeholders.<\/p>\n
Utilize advanced Excel skills to manipulate and analyze complex reimbursement data.<\/p>\n
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to leadership.<\/p>\n
Ensure timely and accurate submission of reimbursement claims to Medicare.<\/p>\n
Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues with reimbursement claims.<\/p>\n
Conduct audits and provide recommendations for improvement to ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines.<\/p>\n
Act as a subject matter expert on Medicare reimbursement for the organization and provide guidance and support to team members.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely completion of required documentation for reimbursement.<\/p>\n
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive reimbursement data.<\/p>\n
Assist with training and mentoring new team members on reimbursement processes and procedures.<\/p>\n
Participate in meetings and conferences to stay informed on industry trends and best practices.<\/p>\n
