Oversee all aspects of construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.<\/p>\n
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.<\/p>\n
Lead and manage a team of contractors, subcontractors, and other project staff, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to achieve project goals.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues or delays.<\/p>\n
Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or budgets.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, building codes, and safety standards.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the design and construction align with the organization’s goals and standards.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery of materials and equipment.<\/p>\n
Manage the procurement process and negotiate contracts with contractors and suppliers.<\/p>\n
Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and issues.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including contracts, change orders, invoices, and progress reports.<\/p>\n
