Valid Rn License: A Candidate Must Possess A Current And Valid Rn License In The State Of Florida, Or Be Eligible For Licensure Through Endorsement.<\/p>\n

Bachelor’s Degree In Nursing: Baptist Health South Florida Prefers Candidates With A Bachelor Of Science In Nursing (Bsn) Degree From An Accredited Institution. This Degree Provides A Strong Foundation In Nursing Theory And Practice, And Is Increasingly Preferred By Employers.<\/p>\n

Clinical Experience: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Clinical Experience As An Rn, Preferably In A Hospital Setting. This Experience Should Include Direct Patient Care, As Well As Experience With Electronic Medical Records And Other Relevant Technologies.<\/p>\n

Bls And Acls Certifications: Candidates Should Have Current Basic Life Support (Bls) And Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (Acls) Certifications.
