Provide exceptional patient care by assisting dental professionals in procedures and treatments.<\/p>\n
Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff by following infection control and safety protocols.<\/p>\n
Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for procedures, ensuring all equipment is properly sterilized and functioning.<\/p>\n
Assist with patient check-in and scheduling, ensuring timely and accurate records of appointments and procedures.<\/p>\n
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-treatment care instructions.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with dental professionals to update and maintain patient records and treatment plans.<\/p>\n
Monitor and record patient vital signs and assist with administering medications as directed by dental professionals.<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to provide a positive and comfortable experience.<\/p>\n
Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development to enhance knowledge and skills.<\/p>\n
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all patient interactions.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all Baptist Health South Florida policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies to ensure adequate levels are maintained.<\/p>\n
Act as a liaison between patients and dental professionals, addressing any concerns or questions.<\/p>\n
