Perform phlebotomy procedures accurately and efficiently on patients of all ages, including difficult venipunctures and pediatric draws.<\/p>\n

Extensive Phlebotomy Experience: A Sr Phlebotomist At Baptist Health South Florida Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Performing Phlebotomy Procedures In A Clinical Laboratory Setting. This Experience Should Include Proficiency In Difficult Venipunctures, Pediatric And Geriatric Blood Draws, And Knowledge Of Various Specimen Collection Methods.<\/p>\n

Strong Interpersonal And Communication Skills: The Role Of A Sr Phlebotomist Requires Frequent Interactions With Patients, Medical Staff, And Laboratory Personnel. Therefore, Candidates Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills, Be Able To Work Well In A Team Environment, And Have A Friendly And Professional Demeanor.<\/p>\n
