Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Urgent Care Services department.<\/p>\n
Ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care by monitoring and evaluating nursing care provided by staff.<\/p>\n
Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain efficiency and quality of care.<\/p>\n
Lead and supervise a team of nurses, providing guidance and support as needed.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development for nursing staff.<\/p>\n
Coordinate with other departments and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and department operations.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.<\/p>\n
Act as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers to address any concerns or issues.<\/p>\n
Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to continuously improve the quality of care provided.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In Nursing: A Rn Supervisor For Urgent Care Services At Baptist Health South Florida Should Possess A Minimum Of A Bachelor’s Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Valid Rn License: The Individual Should Hold A Valid And Active Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Florida.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Clinical Experience: A Rn Supervisor For Urgent Care Services Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience Working In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In Urgent Care Or Emergency Services.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Leadership And Management Skills: The Candidate Must Have Strong Leadership And Management Skills, Including The Ability To Guide And Supervise A Team Of Nurses, As Well As Make Critical Decisions In A Fast-Paced Environment.<\/p>\n

Knowledge Of Urgent Care Practices And Procedures: Knowledge And Experience In Urgent Care Practices And Procedures, Such As Triage, Patient Assessment, And Emergency Interventions, Is Essential For This Role.
