Provide compassionate and exceptional nursing care to patients undergoing open heart procedures.<\/p>\n
Maintain a thorough understanding and knowledge of open heart surgical procedures and techniques.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare team members to ensure successful patient outcomes.<\/p>\n
Monitor and assess patients’ conditions before, during, and after surgery, and take appropriate action in case of any complications.<\/p>\n
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.<\/p>\n
Educate patients and their families on post-surgical care and follow-up instructions.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety regulations.<\/p>\n
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.<\/p>\n
Continuously enhance skills and knowledge through ongoing education and professional development opportunities.<\/p>\n
Serve as a patient advocate and provide emotional support to patients and their families.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.<\/p>\n

Bachelor’s Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution.<\/p>\n

Bls, Acls, And Pals Certifications.<\/p>\n

Current Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Florida.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Surgical Setting, Preferably With Open Heart Surgery Experience.<\/p>\n
