Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement clinical research trials for oncology patients.<\/p>\n
Provide compassionate and top-notch care to patients participating in clinical trials.<\/p>\n
Utilize strong background in oncology nursing to assess, plan, and implement patient care.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care, including trial protocol adherence and patient responses.<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure understanding and cooperation throughout the clinical trial process.<\/p>\n
Administer and monitor experimental treatments and medications as directed by the trial protocol.<\/p>\n
Monitor and report any adverse reactions or changes in patient condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.<\/p>\n
Assist in the recruitment and enrollment of eligible patients for clinical trials.<\/p>\n
Educate patients and their families about the clinical trial process, potential risks and benefits, and their rights as participants.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all ethical and regulatory standards in conducting clinical trials.<\/p>\n
Stay current on advancements and changes in the field of oncology research, including new treatments and protocols.<\/p>\n
Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff, following infection control and safety protocols.<\/p>\n
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and make recommendations for patient care.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with data management and research coordinators to ensure accurate and timely collection of trial data.<\/p>\n
Act as a patient advocate, ensuring their rights and well-being are always prioritized.<\/p>\n

Knowledge Of Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines And Regulations<\/p>\n

Experience With Electronic Medical Records (Emr) And Data Entry<\/p>\n
