Oversee and manage a team of nurses conducting oncology clinical research, providing guidance, support, and direction as needed.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards in the conduct of research studies.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with the research team to develop and implement study protocols, including recruitment strategies and data collection methods.<\/p>\n
Monitor and evaluate the progress of research studies, identifying and addressing any issues or challenges that arise.<\/p>\n
Ensure that all research data is collected, recorded, and maintained accurately and securely.<\/p>\n
Train and mentor new team members, providing ongoing education and support to promote professional growth and development.<\/p>\n
Coordinate with other departments and healthcare providers to facilitate the smooth implementation of research studies.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements and best practices in oncology clinical research.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, physicians, and pharmaceutical companies.<\/p>\n
Participate in the development and management of research budgets and resources.<\/p>\n
Communicate research findings and progress to leadership and relevant parties.<\/p>\n
Ensure the safety and well-being of study participants at all times.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as ethical and legal standards.<\/p>\n

Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Oncology Clinical Research<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Leadership Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In Oncology<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Certification In Oncology Nursing (Ocn Or Aocn) Preferred<\/p>\n
