Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients undergoing treatment for complex blood disorders and cellular therapy.<\/p>\n
Utilize expertise in Hematology, Bone Marrow Transplantation (BMT), and Cellular Therapy to ensure safe and effective medication use.<\/p>\n
Demonstrate leadership skills by collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.<\/p>\n
Utilize critical thinking skills to assess and manage medication therapy for patients with complex medical conditions.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Doctor Of Pharmacy (Pharmd) Degree From An Accredited Institution.<\/p>\n

Board Certification In Pharmacotherapy (Bcps) Or Oncology Pharmacy (Bcop).<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As A Clinical Pharmacist In A Hematology, Bone Marrow Transplant (Bmt), Or Cellular Therapy Setting.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Knowledge Of And Experience With Oncology Medications, Including Chemotherapy, Supportive Care Agents, And Immunosuppressants.<\/p>\n
