Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Master’s Degree Or Higher In Nursing Or Physician Assistant Studies: This Advanced Level Of Education Provides The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Practice As An Aprn-Pa-C In A Multispecialty Setting.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Current Aprn Or Pa License: Candidates Must Have A Valid And Active License To Practice As An Aprn Or Pa In The State Of Florida.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Board Certification: Applicants Must Be Certified By A National Certifying Board In Their Respective Field (E.g. Ancc For Aprns, Nccpa For Pas).<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting: This Position Requires A High Level Of Clinical Knowledge And Expertise, Which Can Only Be Gained Through Hands-On Experience.<\/p>\n

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Member Of A Multidisciplinary Team, The Aprn-Pa-C Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Various Healthcare Professionals, As Well As Patients And Their Families.<\/p>\n
