Provide essential support to the healthcare team in the Urgent Care Center, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of care to patients.<\/p>\n
Utilize EMT, Paramedic, CNA, or MA certifications to assist with patient care tasks such as taking vital signs, performing EKGs, and administering medications under the supervision of a licensed healthcare provider.<\/p>\n
Maintain a compassionate and caring attitude towards patients, making them feel comfortable and supported during their visit.<\/p>\n
Demonstrate proficiency in handling medical equipment and technology, including electronic medical records, in order to accurately document patient information and assist with procedures.<\/p>\n
Collaborate and communicate effectively with other members of the healthcare team, including nurses, physicians, and support staff, to ensure seamless delivery of care.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures to maintain a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.<\/p>\n
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when dealing with patient information.<\/p>\n
Stay up to date with current healthcare practices and procedures, including attending mandatory trainings and completing required certifications.<\/p>\n
Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by actively participating in team meetings and offering suggestions for improvement.<\/p>\n
