Assist in providing exceptional patient care by following established respiratory therapy protocols and procedures.<\/p>\n
Participate in the development and implementation of patient treatment plans under the guidance of experienced respiratory therapists.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.<\/p>\n
Monitor and assess patient responses to respiratory therapy interventions and communicate any changes or concerns to the supervising respiratory therapist.<\/p>\n
Attend and actively participate in team meetings and educational sessions to expand knowledge and skills.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.<\/p>\n
