<\/p>\n
Perform invasive radiology procedures, including but not limited to angiograms, biopsies, and drainages, in a safe and efficient manner.<\/p>\n
Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures by following established protocols and providing appropriate patient care.<\/p>\n
Operate and maintain radiology equipment, ensuring proper functionality and safety.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols to maintain a sterile and safe environment.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely patient care.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including procedure documentation and patient history.<\/p>\n
Educate and inform patients about procedures, potential risks, and aftercare instructions.<\/p>\n
Keep abreast of new developments and advancements in the field of radiology to improve skills and knowledge.<\/p>\n
Maintain inventory and order necessary supplies for the radiology department.<\/p>\n
Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure high-quality patient care.<\/p>\n
Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.<\/p>\n
Demonstrate a compassionate and caring attitude towards patients and their families.<\/p>\n
Attend training and educational sessions to stay current on the latest techniques and technologies.<\/p>\n
Take on additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by the supervisor.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Associate’s Degree In Radiologic Technology From An Accredited Program.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Arrt Certification In Radiography And\/Or Advanced Certification In Invasive Procedures.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 1 Year Of Experience In Interventional Radiology Or Related Field.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Knowledge Of Sterile Techniques And Infection Control Practices.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Communication And Patient Care Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Fast-Paced, High-Stress Environment.<\/p>\n
