Provide orientation and guidance to new Nurse Scholars, including familiarizing them with the program’s goals, expectations, and resources.<\/p>\n
Facilitate hands-on training and learning opportunities for Nurse Scholars, both in classroom and clinical settings.<\/p>\n
Develop and implement educational programs and materials to support the learning and growth of Nurse Scholars.<\/p>\n
Monitor and evaluate the progress of Nurse Scholars, identifying areas for improvement and providing feedback and support.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with experienced professionals to provide mentorship and guidance to Nurse Scholars.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate records of Nurse Scholars’ progress and attendance.<\/p>\n
Coordinate and schedule rotations and placements for Nurse Scholars in various healthcare settings.<\/p>\n
Organize and facilitate educational workshops, seminars, and other learning opportunities for Nurse Scholars.<\/p>\n
Serve as a liaison between Nurse Scholars and other healthcare professionals within Baptist Health South Florida.<\/p>\n
Cultivate a positive and supportive learning environment for Nurse Scholars, promoting teamwork, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration.<\/p>\n
Encourage and support Nurse Scholars in their personal and professional development, including pursuing advanced education and certifications.<\/p>\n
Act as a role model and ambassador for Baptist Health South Florida and the nursing profession, promoting the values of excellence, compassion, and integrity.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In Nursing: Applicants Should Possess A Bachelor’s Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution.<\/p>\n

Active Rn License: Candidates Must Hold A Current And Active Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Florida.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Nursing Experience: Applicants Should Have At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Healthcare Facility.<\/p>\n

Strong Academic Background: Candidates Should Have A Strong Academic Record With A Minimum Gpa Of 3.0 Or Above.<\/p>\n
