Manage and coordinate all aspects of clinical trials and research studies, ensuring they are conducted in accordance with regulatory and ethical standards.<\/p>\n
Oversee the collection, organization, and maintenance of all research data and documentation.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate the successful execution of clinical trials and studies.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including pharmaceutical companies and research institutions.<\/p>\n
Ensure timely and accurate submission of all required regulatory documents and reports.<\/p>\n
Monitor research budgets and expenses to ensure efficient use of resources.<\/p>\n
Facilitate the recruitment and enrollment of eligible participants for clinical trials and studies.<\/p>\n
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current developments and trends in clinical research and healthcare industry standards.<\/p>\n
Participate in the development and implementation of research protocols and procedures.<\/p>\n
Provide guidance and support to research staff and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively with study sponsors, investigators, and research team members.<\/p>\n
Contribute to the dissemination of research findings through presentations, publications, and other mediums.<\/p>\n
Continuously evaluate and improve research processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all confidentiality and privacy regulations in handling sensitive research data.<\/p>\n
Act as a liaison between the research team and institutional review boards to ensure ethical considerations are met.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In A Related Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or Life Sciences.<\/p>\n

Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research Administration, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Knowledge Of Federal Regulations And Guidelines Related To Clinical Research, Including Hipaa And Good Clinical Practice (Gcp).<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Tasks Simultaneously.<\/p>\n
