Oversee the maintenance and management of all facilities in the northern region of Baptist Health South Florida.<\/p>\n
Ensure that all facilities are safe, efficient, and up to the high standards set by Baptist Health South Florida.<\/p>\n
Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of all facilities.<\/p>\n
Create and manage a budget for the maintenance and management of facilities.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all facilities are meeting the needs of patients, staff, and visitors.<\/p>\n
Supervise a team of facility managers and maintenance staff, providing guidance and support as needed.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify any potential safety hazards or maintenance issues.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors for facility maintenance and repair services.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices in facility management, and implement new strategies as needed.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with regional and corporate leadership to develop long-term facility improvement plans and strategies.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to facility management and maintenance.<\/p>\n
Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on the status of facilities and any issues or concerns.<\/p>\n
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the facilities team, promoting teamwork and open communication.<\/p>\n
Serve as a representative of Baptist Health South Florida to external stakeholders, promoting our commitment to exceptional healthcare services.<\/p>\n
Continuously strive to improve the patient, staff, and visitor experience within all facilities in the northern region.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In Facilities Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Managing Facilities Operations, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Large Organization Setting.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Experience In Managing A Team Of Facilities Professionals.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Compliance Standards Related To Facilities Management, Including Joint Commission And Osha.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders.<\/p>\n
