Administer radiation therapy treatments to patients with cancer and other diseases<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans and progress notes<\/p>\n
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans<\/p>\n
Calibrate and operate radiation therapy equipment, ensuring accuracy and safety<\/p>\n

Bachelor’s Degree In Radiation Therapy Or Related Field: A Radiation Therapist 2 At Baptist Health South Florida Must Have A Minimum Of A Bachelor’s Degree In Radiation Therapy, Radiography, Or A Related Field From An Accredited Institution. This Ensures That The Candidate Has The Necessary Theoretical And Practical Knowledge To Perform The Job Effectively.<\/p>\n

State Licensure And Certification: Candidates Must Have A Valid State License To Practice As A Radiation Therapist And Must Also Be Certified By The American Registry Of Radiologic Technologists (Arrt).
