Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns patients may have.<\/p>\n
Accurately and efficiently register patients, ensuring all required information is collected and entered into the system.<\/p>\n
Schedule appointments for patients and coordinate with other departments as needed.<\/p>\n
Verify insurance information and obtain necessary authorizations.<\/p>\n
Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.<\/p>\n
Assist patients with completing necessary forms and paperwork.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with healthcare providers and other staff members to ensure smooth and timely patient flow.<\/p>\n
Continuously update and maintain patient records in the electronic medical record system.<\/p>\n
Troubleshoot and resolve any registration or scheduling issues that may arise.<\/p>\n
