Assist healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional patient care by providing support and assistance during procedures and treatments.<\/p>\n
Monitor and report changes in patient’s condition to healthcare team.<\/p>\n
Provide basic patient care, including but not limited to taking vital signs, assisting with activities of daily living, and administering medications as directed by the healthcare team.<\/p>\n
Maintain a safe and organized environment for patients by ensuring cleanliness and proper stocking of medical supplies.<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing education and support as needed.<\/p>\n
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including infection control protocols and HIPAA regulations.<\/p>\n
Act as a patient advocate, ensuring their needs and preferences are addressed and respected.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.<\/p>\n
Continuously strive to improve patient satisfaction and quality of care.<\/p>\n
Attend training and educational opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.<\/p>\n
Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families during difficult times.<\/p>\n
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the values and mission of Baptist Health South Florida.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In Nursing Or Related Field From An Accredited Institution.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Active And Unrestricted Rn License In The State Of Florida.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Clinical Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In Acute Care Or Hospital Environment.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Bls And Acls Certifications From American Heart Association.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Interdisciplinary Teams And Patients.<\/p>\n
