Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the clinical nutrition services department.<\/p>\n
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective delivery of nutrition services.<\/p>\n
Train and supervise a team of clinical nutritionists and dietitians to ensure high-quality patient care.<\/p>\n
Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff members, providing feedback and coaching as needed.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized nutrition plans for patients.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.<\/p>\n
Stay updated on current research and trends in the field of nutrition and integrate new findings into practice.<\/p>\n
Work closely with the facility’s administration to develop and manage budgets for the nutrition services department.<\/p>\n
Foster a positive and supportive work environment for staff, promoting teamwork and professional development.<\/p>\n
Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers to address any concerns or issues related to nutrition services.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient assessments, progress, and treatment plans.<\/p>\n
Continuously assess and improve the quality of nutrition services offered, seeking feedback from patients and staff.<\/p>\n
Participate in meetings, conferences, and other professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on industry best practices.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation protocols in accordance with state and federal regulations.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In Nutrition Or Related Field From An Accredited University.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience As A Registered Dietitian In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Supervisory Role.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Active Licensure As A Registered Dietitian By The Commission On Dietetic Registration.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Dietitians And Other Healthcare Professionals.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Knowledge Of Current Evidence-Based Practices And Regulations Related To Clinical Nutrition, As Well As Experience With Electronic Medical Records And Nutrition Software.<\/p>\n
