Provide support to clinical staff in delivering exceptional patient care.<\/p>\n
Assist with patient intake and registration processes.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.<\/p>\n
Prepare and maintain patient rooms and equipment.<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.<\/p>\n
Monitor and report changes in patient’s condition to clinical staff.<\/p>\n
Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare professionals.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control protocols.<\/p>\n
Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain and improve skills.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans.<\/p>\n
Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.<\/p>\n
Assist with patient transportation and transfers.<\/p>\n
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.<\/p>\n
