Provide high-quality patient care: The primary responsibility of the Registered Nurse will be to provide excellent patient care to those in need. This includes administering medication, monitoring and recording patient vitals, and ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for patients.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team: The RN will work closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to develop and implement comprehensive care plans for patients.<\/p>\n
Monitor and assess patient conditions: It will be the responsibility of the RN to regularly assess and monitor the condition of patients, identifying any changes or concerns and taking appropriate action.<\/p>\n
Administer medication and treatments: The RN will be responsible for administering medications and treatments to patients, following all safety protocols and accurately documenting all procedures.<\/p>\n
Educate patients and families: The RN will educate patients and their families on their conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques to promote optimal health and recovery.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate records: The RN will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation of patient care, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.<\/p>\n
Provide emotional support: The RN will provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families, addressing any concerns or questions they may have and promoting a positive patient experience.<\/p>\n
Adhere to safety and infection control protocols: The RN will follow all safety and infection control protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients, staff, and visitors.<\/p>\n
Stay current on best practices and industry standards: It will be the responsibility of the RN to stay updated on the latest best practices, advancements, and industry standards in patient care and nursing techniques.<\/p>\n
Uphold ethical standards: The RN will uphold the ethical standards of the nursing profession and the organization, maintaining patient confidentiality and advocating for the best interests of patients at all times.<\/p>\n
Foster a positive team environment: The RN will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and support staff to create a positive and supportive team environment,<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In Nursing (Bsn) From An Accredited Institution.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Current And Valid Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Florida.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Bls And Acls Certifications From The American Heart Association.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working As A Med Surg Rn.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Clinical Skills, Including The Ability To Assess And Monitor Patients, Administer Medications, And Provide Patient Education.<\/p>\n
