Dispensing Medications: As a Pharmacy Retail Tech 1, you will be responsible for accurately dispensing medications to patients according to their prescriptions.<\/p>\n
Customer Service: You will be expected to provide exceptional customer service to our patients, helping them with any questions or concerns they may have about their medication.<\/p>\n
Inventory Management: You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the inventory of medications in the pharmacy, ensuring that an adequate supply is always available.<\/p>\n
Assisting Pharmacists: You will work closely with pharmacists to prepare and package medications, as well as assist with any other tasks as needed.<\/p>\n
Following Procedures: It will be your responsibility to strictly follow all procedures and protocols related to dispensing medications, maintaining patient confidentiality, and ensuring the safety and accuracy of prescriptions.<\/p>\n
Teamwork: The ability to work well in a team is essential in this role, as you will be collaborating with other pharmacy staff members to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the pharmacy.<\/p>\n
Attention to Detail: You will need to have a strong attention to detail to accurately dispense medications and maintain patient records.<\/p>\n
Communication: Strong communication skills are necessary to effectively communicate with patients, healthcare providers, and other pharmacy staff.<\/p>\n
