Maintain and troubleshoot all facilities systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security to ensure optimal functioning.<\/p>\n
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities systems to minimize downtime and prevent potential issues.<\/p>\n
Monitor and analyze facilities systems data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and schedule maintenance and repairs to minimize disruption to operations.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in facilities systems technology to make recommendations for upgrades and improvements.<\/p>\n
Respond promptly to all facilities systems emergencies and take appropriate actions to resolve issues.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed on facilities systems.<\/p>\n
Create and implement preventive maintenance plans for facilities systems to ensure reliable and efficient operation.<\/p>\n
Train and support other team members on the proper use and maintenance of facilities systems.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance and repairs on facilities systems.<\/p>\n
Assist with budgeting and procurement of necessary equipment and materials for facilities systems maintenance and repairs.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations in regards to facilities systems.<\/p>\n
Continuously seek out opportunities to improve processes and procedures related to facilities systems maintenance and operations.<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on facilities systems status and any potential issues.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n

Knowledge Of Building Automation Systems (Bas) And Other Related Systems Such As Hvac, Lighting, And Security.<\/p>\n
