Provide compassionate and dedicated nursing care to patients in the adult acute care medicine unit.<\/p>\n
Utilize previous experience in acute care medicine to deliver high-quality and evidence-based care.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans.<\/p>\n
Assess and monitor patient conditions, identify changes and intervene appropriately.<\/p>\n
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.<\/p>\n
Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care.<\/p>\n
Advocate for patients and ensure their needs are met during their hospital stay.<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively with physicians, team members, and other healthcare professionals.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety regulations.<\/p>\n
Continuously update knowledge and skills through professional development opportunities.<\/p>\n
Provide emotional support to patients and families during challenging or stressful situations.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with discharge planners and social workers to create discharge plans for patients.<\/p>\n
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the delivery of safe and efficient care.<\/p>\n

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) Certification.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In An Acute Care Medicine Setting.<\/p>\n
